Monster has had a baby boy on 10/15/01. Both are doing well except for the yelling and constant demands for feeding - that's from Monster, the Baby is an angel.

Thank you all for you warm wishes. I would love to share his name with you (we're particularly proud of this one), but given our penchant for -shall we say- UNUSUAL names, I fear we might lose any last shred of anonymity (yes, they really are that unusual, eh Sospan?!)
We tried to have a "natural" birth after 2 c-sections under epidural, but ended up with another c-section, this time under general anaesthetic! Still, at least they let you our of hospital faster over here -I hate the places. Mind you, I found it quite strange after the NHS that all the supplies you might need -including luxury Pampers nappies- are freely available and you are given supplies to take home if you wish -at the UK hospital where I had my other sprogs, you virtually had to take in your own toilet paper and label it with your name otherwise the midwives would appropriate it!

Wow, I'm amazed you're on-line so quickly after having a caesar, and even more amazed that they allow you to go home so quickly. (My two caesars in the UK entailed hospital stays of 10 days and 7 days respectively - which I enjoyed for the rest!)
Do you have any photos of your new baby on-line? I'm sure that everyone here would love to see him!
