hi there,
i'm new to the board. i'm living in arvada, just outside of denver - just recently got married to a wonderful american man - just this monday actually - and am now starting the whole a.o.s. process.
i would really love to meet up with some british people in the area. i've made friends over here, but miss the brits too. if there's anyone who knows of an expats group around here or anyone who just wants to be a penpal for a bit then that'd be fantastic.
maybe a little about myself
i'm from london origionally but have family in devon now (who i miss terribly). i'm 33yrs old, female and used to work in the music industry (oh how i miss working!). i'm into music, fashion, arts, travel and all other kinds of things.
i don't know denver too well, so that'd be a bonus too... to have someone to explore it with. i don't drive so it makes it pretty difficult for me to get around at the moment - but i've just bought a bike so i'm hoping to get out and about a bit more.
anyway, enough of my rambling. i'm looking forward to reading the threads on this board.
