If you have already posted an introduction, please read this anyway and edit accordingly.
The idea of the introductions forum is to introduce yourself to the other members of the message board.
This is a good way for new members to read up about old members and get some history. It's also good for new people to let others know about them.
Please include such information as your name (just a first name will do if you like to be somewhat anonymous).
Information on where you lived in the UK and how long for. Where you moved to and the reasons for doing so would be good too.
Maybe put some information about your family, where you live and work (Plug your company!), what hobbies you have...anything that helps people get to know you a little better.
Take time to review your profile occasionally so that it is up to date.
