Hi everyone,
A question here. My wifes American and I'm British and we are living in the U.K at the moment. We are about to send off for my American work visa at the American Embassy in London. On one of the forms it asks us this question 'What is your proposed entry date to the U.S'. So we were wondering once we have put a date down do we have to leave for the U.S in a certain amount of time? and once we get my visa does it have an expiry date or anything like that?
We really need to know the awnser to this question before we fill all the paper work in and send it all off.
Also do you you pay for your visa when you go for your interview in London etc rather than sending off checks with the forms?
