Hi there guys - my latest question is about wages set by the Labor Certification Board. I was wondering if this wage is then increased annually by the above ie are the company obliged to pay every wage increase as stipulated by the board or is it in the hands of the employee once the initial paperwork has gone through? The reason I ask is that I am worried that the employer will refuse to pay any kind of a pay rise during the remaining 2 and a half years or whether they have no choice and are given a notice of new figures every year which they must pay...
