I have been trying for 2 years to get a visa.
First I tried the I140 National Interest Waiver route by submitting all the paperwork myself. I have also tried to get a job and been over for interviews via the H1 route but no success.
Now we are thinking of buying a small motel but we are unsure of the rules as it won't be a million dollars. However I have heard of people buying pubs over there and they don't cost a million either. Anyone over there know what I mean, or has done what we are thinking of? All help welcome.
A final note - as the Europeans are taking over the 51st State can we claim political asylum??? I'm not European, and I'd rather have a $ in my pocket.
