I love them. I wondered if anyone else made them and if so, what do you jazz them up with?

I usually do mine in olive oil with some garlic and lea & perrins but if anyone else has a better recipe, I'd like to try it.
When I have made something similar I'll usually make a puree of two anchovies, a splash of olive oil, some chopped parsley and some course sea salt and pound everything in a mortar, then spread over the shrooms and grill in a very very very hot ridged grill pan...

They sound great - except for the mushroom part......
Portabello mushroom burgers are great even cooked in Olive oil and garlic then put between two piece of ciabatta (cant spell) bread instead of those awful floppy baps, together with some heirloom tomatoes and lettuce.

They are real tasty and we buy them from our local Loblaws

Love them.
When i get them i fry them up with sausage ,eggs, O brian potaotoes and toast and eat them for breakfast

I wish others in our house appreciated mushrooms this sounds amazing! :)
