Hello - I am currently going for my PR in beautiful Melbourne and have just applied for my criminal record check. I am really worried that my not-perfect credit report may catch up with me during this process. I was told a few years ago that apparantly a county court judgement (??? not even sure what this is) had been served against me in relation to an unpaid debt. Does anyone know what this is and whether it will affect my criminal check? evil Can anyone put my mind at rest? sad sad
