Yuck. Can't see how anyone would want to watch that happening.

Lennox Lewis didn't mnd watching. Then again, he probably made 28 billion dollars from it.

I was sitting in a bar watching this fight last night and before it started I struck up a conversation with a Canadian guy who was cheering for Klitschko. He explained that he had no time for Lewis who had foresaken Canada for the Uk. I was my usual patriotic self and defended Lewis. It's not often us Brits have a world champion.

As the fight progressed it was obvious that Lewis was too old, overweight and out of shape. Klitschko's determination was admirable. It was lucky for Lewis that the ref stopped the fight, because Lewis looked out-matched and would never have gone the distance.

But then to hear Lewis's comments after the fight http//news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/boxing/3010436.stm it made me want to send him back to Canada myself!
Its only a flesh wound... grin

So's Michael Jackson's nose job, and who wants to watch that in progress?

Oh, and I'll have a shrubbery, please.

Forget the shrubbery , hand over your lupins .

ANFSCD

All this talk of Python and boxing reminds me of the classic bout between pro boxer Ken Clean-air Systems and little school girl, Petulia Wilcox (Connie Booth).

"Obviously boxing must have its limits, but providing they're both perfectly fit I can see nothing wrong with one healthy man beating the living daylights out of a little schoolgirl."
