They look like they are playing some pretty small venues. I already have my tickets for the Avalon in Boston. Any other Brits going?
Sadly they're not playing Dallas cry
Do you have/have you heard the new album?
Wow - Portland is tonight. Bet that would have been quite good. Didn't know they were still going.
We will try for the New York date, They are a great band.
Great....first time a band I really like comes to town and I'm moving away 3 weeks prior....typical!
???

Picked it up last week and I really like it. Much easier to listen to then their last couple of albums and a couple of cracking songs.
I was disappointed becasue I thought that they might have played at Glastonbury this year but seeing them in a small club in Boston is going to be even better.
The new Radiohead album is pretty good too.
Talking of which they are touring too.

and one of my favourite bands, Supergrass, are supporting them on some of the gigs.
Thanks very much for that tip-off. Went straight to Ticketmaster and got tickets. Apparently they only went on sale today.
Still can't work out quite how two tickets totalling $79.00 becomes $97.00 once it's been "Ticketmastered". I shall entertain myself later with that one.
I'm not such a huge fan, but my girlfriend is and it's right around her birthday, so that will be nice. See - being a Brinetter certainly has it's advantages. grin

I might have to try and get to the Toronto show. I saw them a few years ago at Rock City in Nottingham doing a "secret" warm up gig and they were awesome in the small venue atmosphere.

Koolhaus, where they're playing in Toronto is not a huge venue at all. It's a big club is probably the best way to describe it. Looks like a big warehouse space.
