Anyone going to the USA vs. Wales match? It's memorial day and in San Jose.
A little too far for me to venture from Michigan, but just wanted to say welcome to Britnet. Are you in San Jose or Merthyr Tydfil or somewhere else entirely? smile
I was toying with the idea before they moved the game from the Sat to Mon....
Do you know the way to San Jose?
No I do not, but I hear L.A. is a great big freeway.
Then I guess I'll put a hundred down and buy a car...

What sport is this? Rugby?
Should be an interesting game. I get the impression that the US team still isn't taken seriously even after reaching the Quarter Finals of the World Cup and nearly edging out Germany.
I'm still tempted to go if I can get a reasonable price flight, be interested to know how serious Sparky will take the game, will it be a full side minus Giggs with a suspect hamstring...again
That'd be an interesting game. The current Wales setup is pretty impressive - the US team are no slouches either.
Agree though that only if most of the main players are in it though - otherwise, I'd be disapointed.
The US are treating it as a warm-up to the Confederation Cup which they compete in this Summer. That means they will probably have their better players but they may not start or could play in different positions.
