Not a recipe as such. Just that I had a bowl of it about 30 minutes ago (didn't have anything to put it on so just the cream) and now I feel really ill sad

Yes it was a dessert bowl. I was going to put it on some gingerbread that gf made on one of her trips over but it had gone mouldy and I had to chuck it.
Seemed a shame not to have something so just poured the cream in the bowl and ate it. Tasted great but now realise it was a bit OTT. Stomach thought so too.

I thought so too! She said she made it a bit extra-moist as I complained about it being a bit dry before but that was before I started putting whipping cream on the gingerbread.
Very easy indeed - my menu generally involves chilli, curry, steak & chips, stir fry and everything has rice with it - except chips meals! smile
