I am a nurse awating approval of my petition which was filed in December. Does anyone have any idea if they stick to the 200 day notice or if it is earlier? After that I have been told that my US solicitor will take 6-8 weeks to send me packet C. Or is it B OR A ! After I have completed more forms, it then take the embassy about 6-8 weeeks to process it. Is this information upto date?
If anyone can help, or if I can help anyone with Immigration for Nurses, NCLEX ect then I would only be to happy to help. wink

Hi babyface...I am a nurse also, and I had my petition approved in 194 days. I received my approval on Feb 4th and 2 months later my packet 3 still hasn't arrived...very frustrating. I am anticipating it soon though. If there is anything I can help you with plese feel free to email me ( rockgurl7@hotmail.com ). I passed my NCLEX last July.
