Please tell so that I can get some inspiration.

Got rather upset earlier on the phone to my Mum when she said they were having roast beef with all the trimmings.... sad

Stel.
Funnily enough, it's roast beef and all the trimmings...
Welllll...

We bought two large (not farmed raised) trout and currently they're marinating in the fridge with herbs and a chopped up meyer lemon in each of the cavities.

Later on I'm going to fire up the grill (charcoal) and make a low heat fire on one side and gently cook them until just done.

I have also made a green bean and potato salad with an olive oil, vinegar and feta cheese vinigiarette (sp?) which we'll have with it also. Served with a freshly baked Gayles loaf.

It's about 75-80 degrees here and gorgeous.

Andrew smile

Pie Eating Northerner!!

We had nachoes with a spinach salad and copious amounts of beer.

Except Dianey Jr. We didn't give her copious amounts of beer.

Chilli - there's a ton left if anyone wants any wink
Grilled trip? Oh.. tri-tip... i was worried she was going to say 'tripe'!!

We had chili dogs last night, and tonight will have pasta with a cheese & bacon sauce... lots of garlic & onion in it too!
I had Hamburger Helper last night. Bacon Cheeseburger flavour. roll
Egg 'n' Chips

I've almost nailed down chip shop chips.... Big fat deep fried chunky chips not the nancy boy fries you get here.

Almost went for the Chip Butty...
