In a moment of brain freeze the other week I picked up a multi pack of ground turkey at costco. Anyone have any recipes. I've never evr cooked with ground turkey, apparently, judging by color, all breast meat and no fat worth a mention. Help please.
First off I'm no cook Annie but I do a shepherds pie with ground turkey, carrots onions oxo and some tomato puree for flavour. Tastes ok. smile
You can use it in any recipe you would use ground beef in really. It's less fatty & paler in colour & if you switch your brain off you can pretend it tastes the same.
