Due to the lack of curry sauces here and my lack of cooking expertise although I am trying to improve can anyone recommend some recipes for above dish or for other curry dishes or just for chicken dishes. I try to use chicken a lot and try to do different things with it, but sometimes I just can't think of anything!!

There are curry sauces out there to be found. Superstore has a few. Not super hot but acceptable. I'm not much of a cook but to fix my curry cravings I usually just get a couple of cans of the hottest sauce I can find, throw them in a big pan with lots of chicken, onions, and mushrooms, then divide it up into those foil containers you can get and freeze them. Usually makes around 6 meals and keeps me sane  I have tried to cook other curried dishes but they usually end up a disaster so I stick to plain and simple.

Yes we have found some but I wanted to have a go at making some now that I am at home all day. We also tried a stir fry sauce the other day that blew my head off. You'd think that anything that said spicy here wouldn't really be so because a lot of the food is a bit bland I find, but I think perhaps in some instances they really go for it with the chilli powder to overcompensate

Making your own curry sauce? Good luck with that smile My wife tried to make some but with limited success. If you succeed please let me know how you did it as I would love to make my own. I also find alot of food bland over here and so I always go for the hottest in everything like salsa and stuff as usually its not that hot at all.
