I feel for you EEB. I was stuck in Idaho Falls for 7 long years which is just as bad...an LDS church on every corner. We're now in Washington, but they seem to have followed us. The thing I really don't like about them is the hypocrisy...as my husabnd says..always take more than one Mormon fishing with you. If you only take one, he'll drink all your beer!
They recently built a new temple in the Tri-cities near here. There was an open invitation to view the holiest of holiest..the inside, until they closed it to the public. What a farce. I hasten to add that I did not go. If a church is not open to anyone, then it's not good enough for me. OK, I'll get off my soap box.

Hi midgeure, We lived in Grand Junction back in 90-91 up in the Redlands. Can you still see the Swan (think it was a swan) up on the Mesa or has all the snow melted now.

Funny you should say that the mormons have got a HUGE stake in the gaming casinos in Nevada where of course that and the other *SIN* of drinking takes place .. absolutly hippocritical ..
Then theres all the wives.. so i quess with the time it must take to *take care of all the wifes NEEDS * they dont have much time to drink and gamble ....LOL

Hi, I'm sad to tell you the swan is almost melted cry .
The Mags were doing EXCELLENT top of the league 1 month ago untill our best player Craig Bellamy got injured now we are 4th I think. The Mackems are doing REAL bad like 6th bottom or something.
