doesn't really surprise me given all the races they missed last year (the last 5 according to the article). I thought a team could be kicked out after 3 missed races, so why are Arrows surprised they are not on the list? And why do they suddenly think they can afford to race when they couldn't manage it last year and still have all those creditors chasing them?
