If the approval has been sent to NVC, it will be taking the slow boat to London. You can expect a wait of another few months before London actually receives it.
If you want to keep tracks on it, you may wish to contact London. They have been known to process visa applications supported by the petitioner's copy of the petition approval. They may also be able to give you an accurate timeline too.
