I don't have my shot record in the US with me. To be honest, I wouldn't have a clue where it is back in England anyway. I have an interview with the INS next Friday for fingerprinting and I need to get my medical done before I go. Now, without a shot record I can't complete the medical. So, do I have to get all of my shots redone? Can I get them all done together in 1 day? Will it cause me any harm to have the shots more than once?

I know you're not doctors, but I figured some of you had maybe been through the same thing.
If you don't have written proof, you'll need to have them all done again - whatever is age appropriate.

It won't be overly harmful for you to have them all done at once, or to have repeat doses. If they say you need the Hepatitis B vaccine, you'll have to have 3 jabs over a 6 month period.
I had to do that. I came here without any medical records.

There was a clinic in our town for low-income families and I qualified for free injections. They did all the ones I had when I was younger and at school and gave me a card for the INS.
The medical is no big deal. I got a suitable doctor from a list on the Jackson&Hertogs site, but they only seem to do California. Turned up and they basically checked I was walking then gave me a TB skin test. I was sent on my way with a form for the local blood lab. A couple of days later I went back for the skin test check (negative) and they gave me two shots. I handed over the money and they gave me a sealed envelope with the test results... which I didn't open of course. The blood tests are basically for every form of VD but by the technical names.

So you need about three days at best, I'd get on with it if I were you.

And AIDS . .
I asked if my test was negative, and the woman said, "Dear, you would not still be here if it was positive!

Good point, I forgot to say they do give you vacination records.

Three weeks trying to get my records from the UK, 3 days to get the whole lot done here... your choice.
