Is there anyone other than me and Peterboroughborn lurking in the Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads area? We meet up on a regular basis and would welcome any Brits in this area to join us. Lizzi - I am with you in spirit only. I used to live in Newport News area and moved to Arizona in 1988. After finishing school I want ot move back to East coast - Virginia area probably but more northerly - Fredericksburg...

Lizzi - you live in nice part of the country. I think since I lived the area of Newport News has become built-up. I lived on Fort Eustis and in Denbigh (sp?) area. Left VA for family reasons but now wished I hadn't. Used to go to Virginia Beach to party. Used to work at Rockola Cafe as waitress..By the way I was born in Peterborough but hardly remember it. Lived for about 6 years in Manchester and then next 15 or so in Preston until moved to US in 1984. Ideally one day would like to live on East Coast and be able to spend couple of months each year in UK.

8) Beng, was in Richmond last Friday. We went there to pick up the kids birth certificates. Didn't get to see too much of the place, but did see a load of cops chasing down two skanky looking men and throw them against the cop car and cuff them. It was pretty exciting.....
