Hi again Ruth,
It might be worth emailing or sending a PM to the Boston lot so they know your here.
If you scroll down the get togethers you will find various Boston threads where you can track down the Boston Brits. smile

Hi Ruth
Welcome to Boston - I'm Emma. I only moved over here myself recently and so totally sympathise that it can seem a bit daunting - but fear not! You have picked precisely the right web site to meet lots of lovely people who will make you feel at home in no time (God bless BritNet).
I'm based in Quincy (red line) - so its no prob to head into Boston to meet up.
If you fancy meeting up for a good night out we can try to get the rest of the Boston Brits together for a welcoming session soon. Why not send me a private message with where you're based and maybe we can take you out and show you the fun parts of Boston.
Boston is the best place (I think) to be if you're single and fancy doing lots with your time. Give it 2 months and you'll be turning down invites!

Hi Emma, how are you doing? It's been a while.
Hi Ruth
As Emma says, there's a bit goes on in Boston on a regular basis socially.
If you provide your e-mail address, I'll make sure it gets to our social secretary, LOL.
Look forward to meeting you.

Hey guys,
How's it going .. I am heading out for Munich on Thursday and looks like I wont get back until after columbus day now .. but if you arrange anything for after then I will definitely be in.
Also I know its a bit early but was thinking about doing Thanks Giving up at the house in Killington for anyone that's around. If were're lucky then there might even be some snow to get some early turns in else plenty of others things to do at the mountain. Just early warning to keep it free if you are interested.
Cheers
Jo ..
