Hello and welcome to the Brits Fantasy Football League!!

Well its week one and we have a leader!! Jim Hyland with his New Haven Athletic is the new leader of the pack whilst poor old Mark with his Pilgrim's Pilgrims are at rock bottom!!

One question for everyone??

If we were playing for a trophy what would you call it? Like maybe the Nigel Reed memorial trophy? smile

all the best
Alan grin

PS
there's still time for anyone to join!!

My Pilgrims are emulating their real-life inspiration from last season and will be top by Christmas, totally uncatchable by March and clinching the trophy by early April.

Write us off at your peril smile

(Still, I admit I could have done better and picked a few more starters this week).
Why don't we call it the rumbelow's cup, or the LDF vans' trophy?
Look at Jim - he's top of both fantasy leagues, footy and F1.
What a poser eh? grin

(jealousy will get me no where? sad )

A season takes 38 Games to play, so there's a lot of grass to be churned yet before anybody is carving names on trophies grin

Jin Hyland seems to be riding high on a good selection of starters.

I'm looking around now to try and find out why My main defender, Rio Ferdinand didn't pull his boots on. Sheesh.

I've already had my invitation from the Kraft's to display my Brit-net Fantasy Football Trophy next to the Vince Lombardi in the Foxboro Stadium Trophy Cabinet.

Cheers

Richie cool

I might be able to help you there Richie?
He injured his ankle just over a week or so I think? I think he turned over his ankle or something like that?

all the best
Alan

Half my squad were off getting their hair permed or something. They have been sacked and replaced already.

MEMORIAL trophy sounds like he is dead .. how about the britnet annual soccer championship

the BASC CUP ...?????

I'm back to my rightful place at the bottom again.

The caretaker manager has now been sacked and I am back at the reins after my scouting trip (thankfully I missed Columbus Crew's bore-draw with New England Revolution).
I would,nt mind so much if they keep the stats up to date, im still missing 2 players stats from last weeks game .
