This is so easy!

Just mix together grated cheese, grated carrot and grated onion with mayonnaise and salt/pepper to taste!

Apparently use more cheese than carrot and more carrot than onion, taste the mix regularly and adjust as necessary.

I had a chicken salad for the first time the other day. It was so good! Do they have them in the UK?

Do they have what???? Chicken Salad??

Over here they call chicken salad chopped up chicken mixed with mayo. I would do chicken salad with sliced chicken breast plus salad leaves, hard boiled egg, sliced cucumber, tomatoes, sliced pepper, scallions, celery, with whatever dressing you like, salad cream for me!

I've also noticed they put hard boiled egg with their potato salad!
