As for the mexicans, they risk their actual lives crossing the border and are on constant alert every second, not for me luv. I do work here and as i have said to everyone who'll listen i may be illegal, but i'm not immoral. The past 8 months that i have been here i completely supported my girlfriend whilst she was finishing her degree (which she did with a 4.0) and as i said before all the money i make goes into the economy. No cash gets sent home etc, do you???
The Immigration here is ridiculous, i had no idea about obtaining illegal visa's from mexico and as you did, i think you may be a bad girl, so i will be calling the authorities in the morning and reporting YOU.

My husband paid a lot of money for me to come into this country 15 years ago. He also put out a lot of money for my children to enter and live in this country legally too.
I don't care where you SPEND your money, here or in the UK, you are still breaking the law. Neither have you paid the relevant fees etc to be here in the first place.
Your flaunting of this country's laws makes my blood boil as it's people like you you who give the rest of us a bad name.
I sincerely suggest you go home for your three week visit and then try to return! grin

I don't care how hard you work or how many taxes you pay or that you support her while she is at college. both you and SHE are breaking the law. If I had your identity I would report you to the INS myself.
You have absolutely no excuse or reason to be here illegally. You do not come from an oppressed country, you are not here because your family at home are starving. You are here simply because you want to be and you think you can flout the system.
The rest of us have spent months and years filling in forms, getting fingerprinted and photographed and waiting for the PRIVILEGE of acquiring a green card and living here legally.
The only country you have a right to be in is Great Britain. I suggest you get yourself legal, or go home. The girlfriend is as guilty as you, yet she could live legally in the UK for up to 6 months without any form-filling.
The one person who might be able to help you is an Immigration attorney - if you want to become legal - they are not obliged to tell the INS anything and will be able to give you the best advice.

BC, you're breaking the law on two counts, you've overstayed your visa, and you're working illegally, so I assume you're also paying no taxes.
Saying you contribute to the economy, presumably because you buy stuff over here, is just BS. Where do you think we spend our money? Back in the UK???
