Hi,
I currently live in the US and hold both UK and US citizenship. My fiancee is a UK Citizen living (and working) in the US on a G4 visa. We plan on getting married in the UK in the summer of 2003. (Her G4 visa is valid until Jan 2004). What are the proceudres for returning to the US after the Wedding? Will there be any issues?

If anyone could take a moment to either answer or point me in the right direction I would be very grateful

Thank you,
Keith
I am British and married my US wife whilst my H1B was still valid. Although we married in the US circumstances led to us moving to the UK. However we moved back to the US, still within the original term of the visa and then applied for my change of status.

Hopefully that procedure will soon be complete. smile

I am not a lawyer/attorney. I do not see any reason that you could not do the same - however please check with one that this is the best route for your circumstances

Paul
If you go to Google groups, and look for alt.visa.usa you can post an enquiry there. They have people who have done this procedure and volunteer lawyers who pop in to help people also. This site is dedicated to just immigration and visa questions.
