The Justice Department said Monday that it would require all noncitizens to report changes of address within 10 days of moving or risk financial penalties, jail and even deportation.

Anyone know how you go about informing them of a move? Address? I'm moving next week, so I'm glad you told me - I'll have to let my mother-in-law know too - she's also British and will be moving not long after us.
