Can anyone shed any light on how long the INS take to approve a work petition. I have been given a deadline twice on the INS hotline, which have both overun their course and have still not heard a thing. The same goes for the US company (petitioners) who are persistantly trying to get some sort of response from the local INS office. Thanx.
