We could see a show, check out the Met, shop till we drop (that'll get Lisa) and head down to the Village for Tea & Sympathy, fish and chips and Myers of Keswick - delish!

Sadly am unable to come to the Jubilee party, it's the birthday of the little boy I used to nanny for. So I am off to Princeton for a pool party instead.
Would love to meet up with everyone at some point though, and I love the city.

Have neglected this thread as have been preoccupied with the Jubilee bash but we must def. do this, it will be great fun.
I'm thinking that maybe during the day we can split off into groups who want to do different things and then all get together for dinner and a show.

Okay having just got back from a couple of days in NYC I'm all inspired to get this weekend sorted out! Especialy as (contary to Lisa's belief) I was actually working the whole time which was torture when there was so much fun stuff I could have been doing there instead!
Distinct lack of funds here at the moment so I'm wondering if October might be a good time, weather is still good and that gives us more time to save up for hotels and a bit of spending money smile
