Hellooooo,
These are the only 'electronic' photo's I have at the moment from our Aussie trip last year (by the way: Al & I have lost three + a half stone between us since then).
I will have some 'more recent' ones posted whenever I get my arse in gear and get the new films developed & onto a CD :
Hubby thieving a huge sea turtle shell off a shelf in a Sydney marina - telling me to get on the floor & act like a turtle. Thank god no-one spotted us, heeee.
What can I say, the cow needed milking, & I came through.
Al and I at the JP Getty Centre in LA (our stop over on our way to Australia).
I gave up my oats for the camel
Coming out of a hike through a rainforrest on Hinchinbrook Island in the Whitsunday's.
Just a beautiful place.

Nicky-nac,

I'm dead jealous as Australia is on my must visit list.
I'm still chuckling at the turtle pic lol
If you guys have lost 3 stone between you since these were taken then you must be a right pair of skinny minnies. I'm going to have to take another look at that beet diet of yours!
Laurence behave yourself! lol
shame on you all - I was referring to that weird looking arse cool
Laurence,
I'm not sure I can take "wierd looking arse" as a complement !!! lol lol

You guys crack me up lol
Thanks for sharing your pictures - always nice to put a face to the screen name and adds another dimension. We should have enough for a decent 'Rogue's Gallery' soon.
Smashing pics looks like you had a good time .
Not often you see Turtles , Cows , and Camels in the same group of pics.
Dont take it wrong (easily done here )

Oooh, John, you should have put a laughing face with that one!
JohnA, yes we had a great time thanks. Australia is gorgeous, and was our first time there. We planned it all and took a whole month off work last October and went over to see an old friend of mine there from junior school. She was my best buddy and left UK to go to Melbourne with her family when we were 11 yrs old. We keep in contact all the time.
We toured the whole of the east coast
Melbourne - Cairns (Queensland) - drove down to Sydney, then flew back to them in Melbourne before we came back here to Boston.
Had a wonderful time, and would go again if it became possible. It was our kind of big adventure before we try for a family. smile (which by the way we still haven't got around to). Maybe soon. grin
