I'm trying to make the Chilli Sauce that they put on Doner Kebabs back home. I haven't been able to figure it out yet. Has anyone worked in a chippy back home or anyone know of anyone who does?. or does anyone know?

Do you have any Chinese provision stores in your area? Most Asian stores which stock food from China/Thailand/Malaysia & Singapore would almost certainly stock chili sauces. One well-known brand is Maggi...however, their bottles are almost identical to their ordinary tomato sauce. If you have any Asian food items in your local supermarket it's another good place to look for the bottles or jars of chili sauce. Or maybe on the Tex-Mex food shelves?
Maybe Monster will also know, I think she once worked in a chippie.
I think I've put this up somewhere before, but this is all you need.. honestly. Used to know a chef and she told me how to do it.
Tomato ketchup or paste. You can thin it out with vinegar or water.
little but of chilli powder
finely chopped onion
teaspoon of mint sauce
That's it, just mix is up and you'll be fine.
