Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice about how to go about sending my husband back to America to re-establish his residency ( once we have filed the I-130 here in London) and to get a new job etc, he will be unable on that basis to show stability of employment for example and I wondered how this might affect our final outcome if anyone has a clue ?
I am assuming he goes back out there to get a job, establish a home, buy a car and so on, to prove his intention to live in the USA but that means that almost all our information presented to the INS will change just as soon as we have filed it.
Any advice, gratefully received as always !
