Thought I already posted this - but I can't see it, apologies if this is a duplicate. Anyway, I have lived in NY, Manhattan for many years (London born) but only recently discovered that there are groups learning Scottish and English country dancing that meet every week. So, it's a great way to get together and good exercise and fun. There are groups in NY, NJ, Connecticut, Boston etc. and there are parties and balls.

it's a very mixed group so anyone should be able to fit in.
