ok guys.....this is the story....we have been here for over 2 1/2 years now...me on a h1b visa and my wife on a h4 visa....we have applied for an extension and all is well......the prob is we need a way to allow my wife to work and the h4 visa is a right ass.....any quick,easy routes to take to allow her to work....thanx in advance..
No, as far as I can tell, the the whole point of that visa is that she isn't allowed to work. She just accompanies you while you are here. If you can change to an immigrant visa, that should do it.... can you? Accordsing tou our immigration lawyers, I was not even allowed to do volunteer work when I didn't have a work permit, as it is viewed as "building iup a client list". The only way is the illegal way.
