I have a green card now living in U.S.A and i want to visit UK. Can i get a visa at the port of entry in UK?
Depends on what you want to do there and your nationality. If you're just going on vacation for a couple of weeks, then no. If you're going to work, then yes. unless you're an EU national.

I am from Zambia/Africa now living in U.S.A planning to take a 2weeks vocation to UK

I don't think the immigration authorities much care where you are arriving from, you'll be travelling on your (I assume) Zambian passport and those will be the travel requirements you'll have to meet. Best bet would be to check with the consulate.
Looks like you do - http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/doineedvisa...vnationals

Instucions how to apply - http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/howtoapply/

It doesn't matter if you're a US green card holder, since to the UK, you are a Zambian citizen.
