Not a Brit. My most recent Brit ancestor moved to North America prior to 1700. I paddle and have been frequenting a Brit canoe forum - which I've enjoyed very much (involving what you would refer to as a "Canadian" canoe - not a kayak). The people on the forum have been nice enough to interest me in Britain and its culture. Just looking for more insight.
