:-? Hello, this is my first time on here so forgive me....I will make this short and sweet...but I ever so need some help!

Ok here it goes....I met my husband in 2004 he is british....in 2005 he applied for a fiance visa to move to america and marry me...ok that went perfect...well 10 months ago we decided to m ove back to England...so I applied for a spouse visa to move to England...well I got that and all that went well....so heres the question I have!!!

On Dec. 12th 2007...I went back to the USA for a visit...I only planned on staying for a few weeks but here it is almost 12 weeks later and I am still here due to my kids and family issues...now when I go back to England will I be pulled by Immigration and questioned...on my visa it does say I have multipul entry for the next 2 years...even my lawyer said I could come and go as I wanted for the next two yeras...can someone tell me if I am correct in this ...thanks again...patricia

just to let everyone know I have no record havent been in trouble or anything in either country.....

I was under the impression that USA permitted permanent residents to leave for up to six months at a time. I would imagine Britain has at least similar limits to being out of the country, in which case you'd have nothing to worry about.

What can you find when you look up the terms and conditions of your visa in Google?

just spoke to Immigration at heathrow and I am fine I have no time limit....so I can visit the usa and come and go as much as I want for 2 years ....so all is well....thanks again
