Has anyone planned to seek a new life in Australia over the last few months?

My partner and I have decided to seek a new life in Australia.

We are looking for as much information as possible to get the ball rolling so if you have decided to do the same or have already done so what steps have you done?

I am 25 and my partner is 24. We both have degrees in Computing. We are currently living together in the UK.

Please advise.
