It seems like phpBB is getting slower and slower these days. With so many modifications.

I've been looking into an alternative system which has many less features than what we have now. So, would you rather have features or speed?

Maybe list 5 features you would like gone, 5 that you'd like and 5 that are must haves. This can be anything, private messages, albums, adding pictures to posts, smilies, etc. If you want to list more than 5 then that's cool.

I don't need the calendar, the portal, prillian, the chat room (the one at the top), the albums aren't necessary if we can link to pictures we host elsewhere or upload.

I like the smilies, youtube embedding, games (although there are more than we need), avatars (restriced in size/flashiness as they are)

PMS are useful too.

I haven't particularly noticed it being slow. I say leave it as it is.

I would say the same,but if something must go I say remove the features.
