This was the US FFS, I thought brandishing a gun was a requirement in these situations not an offense.
They're all a bunch of low life’s who’d rip off their mums for a quick buck.
The only reason this story has traction is that a lot of this country are bunch of hate filled and vengeful simpletons who have nothing better to do than worry about these knobs.
I think this another case of the prosecutor pandering to lowest element of their constituent and hoping for their 15 minutes. Completely over charged them all and if the judge has any common sense he'll throw the whole thing out.
