I've done it off and on for years but in the last few stopped. Well, we have this Mr Coffee dehydrator which we use for peppers, which we grow a great variety of, but I've always dried herbs in a bundle in a brown paper bag, so I'm wondering, anyone used a dehydrator for herbs?
I gather unless you're making a mix you can't dry different herbs together, am I right?

Yes I dry mine all the while. Brown and crispy that is!
My oven has a dehydrator switch, but haven't used it yet.

You can also use a microwave as well...

it's quicker but you only need to do it for a few seconds at a time..
