Mike Reid has died at the age of 67 of a suspected heart attack.
I know he was a regular on Eastenders but I remember Mike Reid as the host of Runaround. I loved that show when I was a kid.

I remember watching him on The Comedians and remember when he sung 'There Once Was An Ugly Duckling' on Top Of The Pops!!
I don't really care for Eastenders but I thought that Mike Reid was alright

Terribly sad, loved that man, should have got best supporting actor in Snatch!, along with everyone else of course.

I guess we can’t live forever but 67 isn’t old, Mike Reid was great and had the knack of making me laugh out loud without even opening his mouth. His one man shows (not the TV versions the LIVE ones) were something else.

Definitely not for the feint hearted or the politically correct but I loved them, bless cry
