Thought I'd share this, although I'm not sure there is anything we can do.
Essentially to British guys run an Inn in Temple NH. One of them went back to the UK and was refused a visa to return, essentially because they don't make enough money.

Temple is local to where I am which how come I picked up on this

Looks like a fab place and what a great advertisement for Brits. That lot at the US embassy in London are a bunch of jobsworths. Is it any use for someone from out of state to write to the senators too? What about one of these presidential hopefuls that will soon be landing in New Hampshire?

The very least I shall do is go there!!

At this point I'm really not sure if they need us to write. Both the Republican Senator and Democrat Congressman have benn contacting the embassy and asking for a review.

I emailed the Inn to see what they might want by way of support, but haven't go a reply yet.

That said, the publicity since Saturday seems to be having some effect.

Fingers crossed then for a happy ending.
has the state department said they don't make enough money for sure and not another reason??? normanlly they don't have to give any reason as for a kick back. I am sure he can apply again.

Fingers crossed they get the right out come
Sad to read this especially when they've worked so hard, and it will benefit the community they've moved to.

Yet all the illegals can keep on working, oh I better not get started...

Wish them the best...
