I guess the underpaid NHS staff thought the rewards from moonlighting were worth it roll
there goes the idea that doctors take a oath to save life not to take it ....
maybe they can treat their mate whilst they all waste away. Would be interesting to find out where the money came from, for them to go through medical school. It does not come cheap even in the middle east.

they almost certainly got a student grant nice way to pay it back .

John, they trained in the middle east, therefore it is unlikely they got any grant from the UK.

Also, given the less than competent (thankfully) execution of the attacks, I suspect this wasn't a long term plan (as was the case with 911). The truth is that it was probably an opportunist plan. The issue for the police to investigate is whether these attackers were recruited by AQ or whomever before or after their recruitment by the NHS.

What is clear is that immigration for professionals (in the UK and USA) is comparatively easy. AQ and other know this and exploit it.
