Have I been here too long to expect June to be at least warm if not hot?
Has my blood become too thin to cope with such a variety in temperatures?
Is it because I'm British that I see this cold as being very British?

I know when my family come to visit they tell me I've been here too long because I bundle up while they wear shorts and tee shirts.
It got cold and wet here for a couple of days but it's gone now.

It's here...........come and get it 'cos I have had enough of it already this year. High 90's and into 100's everyday plus the humidity. I can't wait for winter if we get it this year :lol:

Cold here too.
My heat came on this morning, and didn't turn off. I had to go in the basement and throw the emergency switch. Now i have to wait for a tech to come and fix it.
Damned thing was serviced last week too.
Plus my sons-in-law have told me several times that the basement was empty, surprise surprise, two plastic bags with various stuff in them, I don't knew if somebody belongs to them or if I was to dispose of them. My chainsaws are there too. I don't think goodwill will take those. shock
It's hot in the Illinois version of Springfield
85 in San Francisco today, 90's in the bay area.
We had a colder winter than usual, and the wet weather seemed to go on for longer too, but now it's a balmy 80's+ here in southern Oregon. grin ... and to think I once found 70 too hot!

I am freezing here - and having been in the UK recently, can safely say that the weather is indeed comparable, and that here it is entirely unseasonable for the month of June.
If that makes sense. Which I doubt.
3 figures yesterday, officially 100F we were registering 110F. Pool hot, swam first time for the season. Now, 10.20am it's 86F.

Its raining and about 53f here. I think we had our summer last week. I hope JohnA's cruise is alright. It'll give the excuse to stay in the casino having a few.

We've just had a lot of rain, does wonders for my new yard. Though apparently we have a dodgy power grid because it's lights out every time we have a storm.
