Any female charged with the same offence would get a few months in jail of probation .
one sex act ( on a willing partner) has ruined this boys future .

Why isnt the punishments handed down the same for a female perpetrator as it is with a male ???

I think I am right in say that if a guy run around naked, he can be charge with indecent exposure. A woman does it and she gets away with disturbing the peace or inciting to course a riot. It depended if she was good looking or not lol

For the same reason that women only make 78 cents for every dollar a man makes for equal work, that the supreme court just made it harder for a woman to sue an employer for paying her less than a man, that 11 out of the 12 on the supreme court are in fact, men, that a woman has never been president, that most people living below the poverty line are women, that there are really ugly old male TV presenters but a woman can't get away with it, etc, etc.

BTW, I didn't mean to detract from the case itself; it is obviously a great miscarriage of justice and I think that being found guilty of Having A BlowJob Whilst Black in A Southern State didn't help matters either. :sad:
