For those interested, I'm featured in the latest edition of RoadRacerX Magazine, and since that picture was taken have lost over 30lbs in weight...cycling 1.5-2 hours per day, and just eating right (not that we didn't eat right, just too much of the right food!)

Turning up late after previously saying I had a prior engagement because rain stopped play with the opening day at our neighborhood pool (
All three kids had field trips on the same day last week (2 overnighters) so I took the opportunity to get a massage mrgreen other than that I've been crazt\y busy preparing fot the 9non pool opening today, the end ogf the winter swim season two days ago, and working up to the end of school stuff.
Beer, wine, don't care, just set up a funnel. haven't lost a lb. might start caring again over summer. might not.

been kinda busy making arrangments finding a lawn care and pet sitter for when we go on vacation 3 weeks from now .
had to go out yesterday to buy some tuxedo pants , was going thou the list of "things to take on vacation " and found that the pants to the outfit had shrunk while being stored in the closet "well thats my story and im sticking to it " .
Now have to buy some kind of warm clothing we are cruising to alaska and its known to be a little colder then texas there in the evening ....

But a month or so back I got damp seeping into my basement and I thought of you. It was weird, wasn't coming from the top of the walls but from the ground up. It had been raining really hard for three days.
