Yeah but here's the weird thing - Merck had the HPV vaccine for girls approved by the FDA last year, and a couple of states made it mandatory to give to all girls. The amazing thing is that some people came out against the vaccine arguing it would encourage girls to give head more often.
So, if this HPv vaccine would now affect boys (let's be honest here - the disease in the article is very very rare, and then it's caused by smoking 99% of the time) and the HPV vaccine is mandatory for them, does that mean there will be people against it because they think it will encourage boys and girls to go oral sex mad?
Oh, and how is this new news? HPV infection has been known as a cancer risk to boys for years.
