a decent converter for grams to ounces.
I'm making crumble and Nigella does everything in grams and when I convert I'm getting enough to feed an army and American recipes have twice the sugar, melt the butter, sacrilege, and add stuff like double cream. Yikes.

Thank you Vegas. This should save guess work. Although in the end I went with the amount of butter in the recipe but added oats, I figured one would work against the other. ???
Go to http://www.google.com and put in something like

300 grams to oz

Or you can do something like

236.588238 ml to cups

there are gobs of these online I know but Williams and Sonoma do really nice metal ones that you can put on your fridge and they have the coversion both ways.

Annie, you need one of these, good looking, accurate enough for weighing your letters. It adds weights and then zeros for the next addition.
