In a restaurant, sole bon femme, but it's many pots for one meal.

I used to bake with a little white wine, butter and herbs, but I gave up, his nibs is like a brain surgeon working, the way he eats fish, he has something weird against the poor critters and just won't eat them unless they're battered and served with chips and malt vinegar.
Oh yeah, tarragon, fresh. just a smidge, delish.

You've inspired me, having this tonight. Fresh caught lemon sole meuniere. Hmmmmm.

i cooked some of the sole last night. It as late so i looked for quick and easy choice form annies site. I chose french style, basically, dip in milk, dip in flower, fry fro a couple of minutes on each side (I put ground black pepper in the oil before frying).
Extremely nice, and quick.

John had sole petrale at the weekend, and dayam, as a fish phobe, i wanted to eat it too!
3rd time eating fish . . . working towards smelly fish soon. It's a kid thing.
